The value for money at Uppelink was exceptional, with spacious and beautiful rooms in a former castle. The hostel's central location allowed us to easily explore all the attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast option could be improved with a greater variety of choices.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the comfortable bed and the cozy common area. We both had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed, which helped us recharge for our day in the city. the cozy common area provided a warm and inviting atmosphere where we could relax and spend quality time together. the location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk away from all the key attractions and restaurants in the city.

The worst aspects of our stay were the small room size and the unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. the room felt cramped for two people, and there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably.

Excellent location, great breakfast, hospitable and friendly staff.

It's very cold indoors. The stairs between the floors are quite dangerous.

Convenient location, smooth check-in/out, friendly staff, awesome bar options. Could use more lighting in the room. Ancient building adds to the experience. Good kitchen facilities, clean beds and rooms. Helpful staff, nice lounge and great view from windows. Free luggage storage available.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hostel in a great location. The view from our room was absolutely stunning and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The showers had strong water pressure and adjustable temperature. There were also lockers and chargers in the room, which was really convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the vending machine came in handy for late night snacks. We felt safe and the atmosphere was great for meeting other travelers. we highly recommend this hostel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hostel was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. the view from my room was stunning, and I loved waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was a nice extra touch.

The lack of an elevator, which made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Another drawback was the noise from the canal outside, especially during the evening when people gathered there.

Great location in the center, historical building with good interior restoration. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient keyless entry system. Clean beds and bug-resistant pillows. Would stay again if in town.

The location of this hostel is unbeatable! It offers the best views in town, with a stunning view of the canal and the beautiful churches. Being able to wake up to such a picturesque scene was simply incredible. Additionally, the staff was amazing. They were very kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and provide assistance. The rooms were comfortable and the shared facilities, like the shower room and kitchen/dining areas, were kept very clean. The wifi was also very fast, which was a bonus.

The breakfast at this hostel was just okay. While it was included in my stay, it didn't quite meet my expectations.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip. The location was incredible, offering the best view in town. The old facade and infrastructure of the building added character to my stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, even accommodating a change in my room with a free breakfast as compensation. The wifi worked perfectly, and the proximity to the city center was a huge plus. a unique and enjoyable experience.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

the staff at reception was super nice and helpful, making my stay memorable. the location is great and the staff provides detailed information. the hostel is well-maintained, clean, and has separate social spaces for different activities. it's the perfect base to explore the city from.

    Uncomfortable due to heat.
